Hector M. Molina-Sandoz is a true believer when it comes to empowering individuals with the right technology tools to be successful in business, with over 20 years of successful experience across multiple areas of Information Systems Technologies. Hector joined Epiphany as IT Manager in April 2019 to ensure that clinic operations run smoothly from an IT perspective, so that our busy providers are not burdened with those complex issues that take away from patient care, time and energy. He is responsible for a wide range of planning and organizing of technology infrastructure and support objectives: IT Help Desk, HIPAA security, network administration, software deployment, hardware maintenance, vendor management, G Suite administration, Microsoft Office 365 administration, Apple JAMF administration, and many other tech related areas. Prior to Epiphany, Hector worked at STI International to ensure data security & ITAR compliance within the firearms industry. Before that, Hector spent time at Texas Conference of Urban Counties, supporting the 250 counties in Texas to support Juvenile, Court, Indigent Defense, Prosecutor, and Law Enforcement Portals, maintaining systems security with Criminal Justice Information Systems. Throughout the years, Hector has worked in the fintech, county government. and now healthcare industries applying that knowledge to Epiphany and its infrastructure. Hector attended the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico where he graduated with a Masters in Information Systems Management. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and serving as Adjunct Professor of Information Technology at Austin Community College (ACC) in Austin, Texas.
