Passionate about building strong brands to support compelling missions, Jennifer joined Epiphany in 2016 and oversees our marketing and advertising function. Jennifer’s mission is to help Epiphany connect with patients through visual storytelling, making sure that no patient is left behind and that awareness and access to dermatology needs are met nationwide. She achieves this through a combination of traditional means and innovative technology – eg, print ads, digital ads, social media, website content, SEO, patient engagement via appointment reminders and customized communications, and a variety of additional activities that raise awareness for the great work our clinical teams provide. Jennifer brings over a decade of marketing and advertising experience. She began her career working at a global agency dedicated to media strategy, where she was an account executive representing brands such as Mazda, Macy’s, Pfizer, and Bacardi amongst others. From there, she moved on to work as Marketing Coordinator for the US Army at Fort Buchanan in Puerto Rico, where she was part of numerous successful campaigns through both digital and traditional means and gained experience in media relations. A native of Puerto Rico, Jennifer attended the University of Puerto Rico where she graduated at the top of her class while playing both volleyball and bowling. She received a Bachelor’s in Business with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Advertising. Outside of work, Jennifer loves playing tennis, trying new restaurants, traveling far and wide, and spending time with her boyfriend Evan and her two Puerto Rican street rescues, Jack and Lola.
