Passionate about expanding access to care while promoting a best-in-class teammate, provider and patient experience, Russell joined Epiphany in 2023 as SVP of Operations. Prior to Epiphany, he worked for DaVita as a Divisional Vice President, overseeing more than 60 clinics in the greater Houston and West Texas geographies.
Russell is a native of Austin, Texas, and obtained his undergraduate degree from Claremont McKenna College, where he also played varsity tennis. Later, he obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Russell continues to play tennis, but also loves anything outside including skiing, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Becky, and two boys, Charlie and George.
