Megan Ferguson is a nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) who specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She holds additional certification in the specialty of dermatology as a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP). Megan delights in serving the dermatology needs of her patients and especially enjoys how the specialty allows her to care for entire families, from young children to older adults. She is a very strong advocate for her patients and takes pride in educating her patients about their skin conditions. Her formal education and training include:

Megan is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association (DNA) and the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners (SDNP). She has donated her time and experience serving on the board of a national organization, the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification Board (DNPCB), as both a president and director. She is an active lecturer on a variety of skin care topics on a national and local level.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys being with her family which includes her husband Levi, her twin daughters Addison and Evelyn, and her dog Cooper. She loves being active outdoors, traveling, and cheering for the Hawkeyes.
