Dr. Sino Mehrmal is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon with a passion for providing individualized, high-quality dermatologic care of the skin, hair, and nails to patients of all ages. He has special interests in surgical reconstruction and the comprehensive care of skin cancers including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma, as well as acne and hidradenitis suppurativa.
Dr. Mehrmal believes healthcare is a collaborative partnership built on trust, where every effort is made to deliver the highest quality of care with compassion and integrity.

Dr. Mehrmal graduated first in his medical school class and has received numerous academic, teaching, and service honors, including the Outstanding Clinical Educator Award from Saint Louis University. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha and Sigma Sigma Phi national medical honor societies. He has contributed to more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), the Missouri Dermatological Society (MDS), and the St. Louis Dermatological Society (STLDS).
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Mehrmal is passionate about mentorship, teaching, advocacy, and community service, and he actively promotes healthy living and wellness throughout the community.
