Dr. Bianca Kang is a dermatology resident physician who specializes in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She sees patients of all ages and treats a wide variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions. Dr. Kang takes great pride in providing warm, compassionate, and expert care to her patients. Dr. Kang is nationally recognized for her extensive scholarly contributions to medical, cosmetic, and laser dermatology, with numerous peer-reviewed publications in leading journals, including JAMA Dermatology, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, and Lasers in Surgery and Medicine. Her research interests include cosmetic and laser dermatology, clinical practice guidelines, procedural safety, and outcomes-based research.
She holds leadership roles within the Association of Academic Cosmetic Dermatology (AACD), where she is a founding member and serves as Executive Director, and is actively involved with the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS). Dr. Kang has received multiple honors for academic excellence and research achievement, including induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AΩA) Honor Medical Society and the Mayo Clinic Roy Rogers Award.
