Brandie is an experienced healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, provider relations, and physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, supporting organizations in building strong, sustainable clinical teams. Brandie joined Epiphany Dermatology in January 2026 as Senior Physician Recruiting Director, where she leads physician recruitment strategy in support of our organizations continued growth.
Prior to joining Epiphany, Brandie served in senior recruitment and operational leadership roles within healthcare organizations, with extensive experience recruiting anesthesia, family practice, and internal medicine providers. She partnered closely with executive and clinical leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals. Earlier in her career, she held roles of increasing responsibility across healthcare recruitment and operations, gaining deep expertise in provider relations, workforce planning, and relationship-driven recruiting.
Brandie earned her bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and is a native of the Mississippi Delta.
Brandie and her husband, Wiley, stay busy renovating their new home, and with their four children, Mason, Vara, Miles, and Steele. Brandie’s other interests include baking and decorating cookies, participating in her church life group, cheering on the Mississippi State bulldogs, and spending time at the beach.
