Bailey Pendergraft is a certified physician assistant with specialized training and experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy skin through preventive care, early skin cancer detection, and personalized treatment plans. Her compassionate, patient-centered care enables her to build lasting relationships with patients while helping them feel confident in their skin. Her formal education and training include:

Bailey enjoys treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, melasma, hidradenitis suppurativa, and other complex dermatologic disorders. She also performs cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and microneedling.
Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Bailey worked as a medical assistant in a busy Mohs surgery practice, where she gained valuable experience assisting with skin cancer surgeries, complex closures, histotechnology, and postoperative patient care. This background gave her a strong foundation in dermatologic surgery and comprehensive patient care.
In her spare time, Bailey enjoys hiking with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Piper. Whether exploring local trails, visiting the park, or taking walks around the neighborhood, she values spending time with her family. Bailey also enjoys traveling and discovering new restaurants whenever she has the opportunity.
