Dr. Arlene S. Rogachefsky is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon who specializes in general dermatology, dermatologic oncology, and Mohs micrographic surgery. She is known for combining advanced surgical expertise with a strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Her clinical practice includes early detection and treatment of skin cancer, skin cancer surgery, and laser treatments for pigmentary and vascular conditions.

Dr. Rogachefsky is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) and holds subspecialty board certification in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. She is on staff in the Department of Medicine/Dermatology at Morristown Medical Center and has held longstanding leadership and teaching roles in dermatologic surgery education, including teaching students, residents, and fellows. She has served as Program Director for the ACGME-certified Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship for the past 18 years.
An accomplished author and educator, Dr. Rogachefsky has published 59 journal articles and two book chapters. She is also a member of multiple medical organizations, including the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), Women’s Dermatologic Society (WDS), and American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS).
Dr. Rogachefsky has been recognized for her clinical excellence with numerous honors, including listings in Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in America, and America’s Top Dermatologists, as well as multiple New Jersey Monthly Select Surgeons distinctions for Mohs Surgery and Post Mohs Reconstruction. For preeminence in her chosen field, Dr. Rogachefsky is the recipient of the Marquis Who’s Who Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.
In her spare time, Dr. Rogachefsky enjoys tennis, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
