Brooke Cortez, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with over 10 years of experience and a passion for dermatology and skin health. Her special interests include acne, rosacea, skin discolorations, anti-aging and skin cancer prevention and treatment. Her formal education and training include:
- Texas State University at San Marcos (San Marcos, TX) – BS, Biology (cum laude)
- University of North Texas Health Science Center (Fort Worth, TX) – MS, Physician Assistant Studies
Brooke is a Diplomate Fellow in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her spare time, Brooke loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active, cooking new keto friendly dishes, and cheering for her children on the side lines during their sports activities. She is a native to North Texas and currently resides in Trophy Club with her husband and 2 young daughters.
