Crystal Choy, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with a special interest in general dermatologic conditions and performing skin checks to screen for skin cancer. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certified. Her formal education and training include:
- University of California San Diego (San Diego, CA) – BS, Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience
- University of St. Francis (Albuquerque, NM) – MS, Physician Assistant Studies
Crystal practiced her skill set within clinical settings, performing excisional biopsies, suturing, cryotherapy, injections, and skin checks. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She is currently furthering her knowledge in dermatology by working on her Diplomate Fellowship with the SDPA.
In her spare time, Crystal enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her dog, Bentley.
