Dr. Elizabeth Arnold Spenceri is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon with more than two decades of experience in advanced skin cancer treatment, dermatologic surgery, and patient-centered care. She is dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality dermatologic surgical care with a special interest in Mohs surgery, cutaneous oncology, and patient education and safety. She prioritizes helping patients feel confident and supported throughout their skin cancer management and their healing process. Her formal education and training include:

Throughout her career, Dr. Spenceri has held both surgical and leadership roles across multiple dermatology practices and dermatologic societies, including more than a decade as Medical Director of Premier Dermatologic Surgery and as a past President of the Kansas City Dermatologic Society. She is double board certified (dermatology and micrographic dermatologic surgery) through the American Board of Dermatology (AAD) and has extensive experience in Mohs surgery, dermatologic surgery, venous insufficiency procedures, cosmetic dermatology, and developing patient-centered treatment protocols.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Spenceri is a certified life coach and has provided professional coaching services for physicians in the areas of personal development, emotional intelligence, goal setting, and practice optimization.
In her free time, Dr. Spenceri enjoys reading, traveling, taking daily walks, creating culinary delights, practicing her Catholic faith, and making great memories with family and friends.
