Effective December 3, 2026, Tang D. Le, DO, FAAD, will be no longer be seeing patients at our Mesquite, TX, office. Pursuant to the rules of the Texas Medical Board, we are providing notice of his relocation so that you may choose how to proceed with your ongoing medical care. As a patient, the choice of your healthcare provider is entirely yours. Effective December 7, 2026, Dr. Le will begin practice at: Viridian Dermatology, 4441 West Airport Freeway, Suite 300, Irving, Texas 75062. The office phone number is (972) 200-7802.
Your medical records will remain with Epiphany Dermatology. Dr. Tang Le is a board-certified dermatologist that specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. His formal education and training include:

- Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (Kansas City, MO) – Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Oakwood Southshore Hospital (Trenton, MI) – Internal Medicine Internship

- UNT – Health Science Center (Fort Worth, TX) – Dermatology Residency
During his residency, Dr. Le acquired advanced training in Mohs micrographic surgery and chemical peels.
Dr. Le is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), and an active member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology (AOCD), the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), and the Texas Medical Association (TMA).
In his spare time, Dr. Le enjoys his family and running.
