Motivated by a strong desire to promote integrity and excellence at Epiphany, Ashley Rodriguez serves as Senior Compliance Director. In this role, she supports providers, management, and employees with education and monitoring to ensure they are in compliance with the rules and regulations of all regulatory agencies. She also verifies that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meet’s the company’s Code of Conduct.
Ashley received her B.A. in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University, with a Minor in Media Studies. After graduating, she participated in the management development training program for a large multisite national organization. She later transitioned into medical coding and has spent over 7 years doing coding, revenue cycle, and compliance work in a variety of medical specialties, including oncology, surgery, urology, and diagnostics.
A member of the American Academy of Professional Coders, Ashley is an expert in medical coding, and is certified in dermatology coding through both AHIMA and the AAPC. Ashley is certified in healthcare compliance through the HCCA.
Outside of work, Ashley is married with two young children (boy and girl). She enjoys traveling with her family, live music, and working out.
