Ben is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of experience leading controllership, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and consulting functions across a range of industries. He currently serves as Epiphany’s Controller, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and strategic finance initiatives.
Prior to joining Epiphany, Ben held senior finance leadership roles at several high-growth companies, including Outdoorsy, Asure Software, and Planview. In these roles, he led key financial initiatives such as IPO readiness, ERP system implementations, corporate acquisitions, and complex accounting standards transitions. His background includes deep expertise in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with a proven ability to evaluate and advise on intricate business transactions.
Ben has managed a broad range of finance functions, including accounting, tax, treasury, and external reporting, across both public and private companies. He brings a strategic and hands-on approach to financial leadership, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing finance teams.
Ben is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new places whenever possible.
