Hannah is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with a strong background in practice integrations and organizational growth. In 2025, she joined Epiphany Dermatology as Implementation Director, where she plays a pivotal role in leading the success of new practice implementations across the organization’s dermatology network. She oversees strategic initiatives including practice partnerships, acquisitions, de novo openings, and relocations, building strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless and collaborative execution.
Prior to joining Epiphany, Hannah built her career in healthcare operations and integrations. She began in hospital operations at Children’s Hospital Colorado before joining Radiology Partners, where she served as Director of Operations and Integrations. In that role, she led large-scale integration efforts and drove operational strategy during a period of rapid growth. Her expertise in cross-functional leadership, process improvement, growth strategy, and team development is foundational to her approach.
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Management and a Master’s degree in Project Management and Organizational Leadership, both from Colorado State University.
Hannah and her husband, Tanner, live an active life with their son, Emmett, and their three dogs, Elway, Peyton, and Wonder. A devoted Denver Broncos fan, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and escaping to the water whenever possible.
