Determined to drive growth through meaningful partnerships, Kevin joined Epiphany in 2025 as Vice President of Corporate Development. His primary focus is leading Epiphany’s growth strategy by expanding into regions aligned with the company’s long-term strategic vision. He works closely with physicians and practice leaders to ensure a smooth, collaborative transition process that supports sustained success.
Prior to joining Epiphany, Kevin served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Southern Family Dental Partners, where he led the company’s expansion through strategic acquisition initiatives. Before that, he held development roles in oncology and dermatology healthcare organizations, overseeing all stages of the M&A process, including post-close integration. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked on the leveraged finance credit team at UBS Investment Bank, focusing on transactions within the healthcare and consumer sectors.
Kevin earned a Master of Science in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing golf, woodworking, and cheering on Clemson football.
