Dr. Shena Kravitz is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in the prevention, detection, and treatment of skin cancer, as well as a wide range of conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails. She provides comprehensive care in both medical and surgical dermatology for patients of all ages and skin types.
She is a highly-trained dermatologic surgeon with expertise in skin cancer management and excisions, and is experienced in treating various dermatologic concerns with evidence-based, patient-centered care. Her formal education and training include:

- Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (Bethesda, MD) – Doctor of Medicine
- Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (Bethesda, MD) – Transitional Medicine Internship

Dr. Kravitz is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), a lifetime member of the Association of Military Dermatologists (AMD), and the author of several peer-reviewed publications. She currently serves as an assistant professor of dermatology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.
In her spare time, Dr. Kravitz enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and children.
