Dr. Rachael L. Cayce is a board-certified dermatologist dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized, and results-driven care. She specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, with a commitment to helping patients achieve healthy skin through tailored treatment plans. Known for her empathetic approach and clinical expertise, Dr. Cayce prioritizes building strong relationships with her patients and delivering the highest standard of dermatologic care. Dr. Cayce graduated at the top of her medical school class and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha (AΩA) Honor Medical Society. During medical school, she received the Excellence in Dermatology Award, recognizing outstanding achievement in both academic performance and dermatology research, and was selected for the highly competitive Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship for advanced medical dermatology research. Throughout her residency training, she earned annual academic excellence awards and served as chief resident.
Prior to returning to North Texas, Dr. Cayce founded and led a successful dermatology practice in Los Angeles, where she became known for her expertise and patient-centered care and received many industry awards. She also served as a dermatologist advisor for Physicians Formula Cosmetics, contributing to product development, research, and consumer education initiatives.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Cayce enjoys painting and gardening, passions that reflect the artistic eye that inspired her career in dermatology., She also loves spending time with her husband, her 11-year-old twin children, affectionately known as her “dragon twins”, and her dogs.
