Lauren Baca, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) with a strong foundation in acute care and a focused interest in dermatology and skin health. Lauren sees patients of all ages and diagnoses and treats conditions of the skin, hair, and nails, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancers. Lauren is experienced in dermatologic procedures, including skin biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and wound closures, with an emphasis on patient education, prevention, and long-term skin health. She previously worked as a registered nurse in a high-volume emergency department, developing advanced clinical judgment, efficiency, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Lauren is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care and building lasting relationships with her patients through trust, clear communication, and education. She is passionate about continuing to grow within dermatology and helping patients feel confident and informed about their skin health.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys indoor cycling, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their dog Penny.
