Wendy Ortiz, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who began her career in pediatrics and has specialized in dermatology since 2003. She brings over two decades of experience in general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology and is known for her collaborative, patient-centered approach to care. Wendy is passionate about helping people look and feel their best and enjoys educating patients on the importance of skin health and skin cancer prevention. She values working alongside patients as a team, taking time to understand their lives, interests, and goals to build lasting relationships.
She is a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She regularly attends continuing education conferences to stay current with the latest advances in dermatologic care.
A Colorado native, Wendy enjoys spending time in the mountains camping, hiking, and relaxing. She also loves reading and cherishes time with her husband and their active kids.
