We are conveniently located at 1001 N. Waldrop Drive, Suite 402, Arlington, TX 76012, in the Vandergriff Building on the Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital campus. Free parking is available for all patients and visitors. Our office is located on the 4th floor and can be accessed from the parking garage off N. Waldrop Drive via the Level P4 North Lobby, which is the top level of the parking garage.
